    As we become more familiar with your operations, we would love to transition to a flat-rate pricing model. This would provide more predictability for both sides, offering a fixed fee for ongoing services once we’ve established a clear understanding of the scope and requirements of your work.

    5. Ongoing Services: Finally, we’ll set up your recurring services (monthly or quarterly) to keep your accounting on track.

  • Communication is a top priority for us. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring you're always in the loop and have the support you need when you need it.

  • We primarily work with clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO) as our preferred accounting software. While we’ll set everything up and manage the software on your behalf, you may also have access to QBO to review your financials as needed.

  • To ensure the best workflow and minimize billable hours, we’ll need full access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, as well as limited access to your banking and credit card accounts. Additionally, access to any other third-party financial platforms you use will help us manage your financials efficiently.

  • We strive to provide monthly and annual reports within 10-15 days after the end of each month, ensuring you have timely insights into your financials.
